As an artist Anders is quite difficult to classify. He started his particular walk of life in the late 80s, and carried out several demos in the 90s inside nthe computer art underground and somehow even got to his top with some version of eightish hits developed on a C64 and a vocoder. From then on he has gone on working between the most extreme music and the kitschest of pop.

His wide carrier flows from Ambient to IDM and passing through pop, dub so as to get to the most extreme breakcore and noise. His music cannot only be described as “chip music” or “chiptune”, for since he uses the limited 8 bit sound he has mixed a wide range of music genres. Noawdays he has done more then 70 concerts in 15 different countries and edited loads of music in netlabels such as 8bitpeoples, totally free in EP mp3.

Goto80 has a large history of shared work with visual artists. He has been involved in more than 60 demoscene audiovisual works, 7 musical videos and also soundtracks and videogames effects, net.art and short films. Currently, he works altogether with Jossystem (Norrköping) and Entter (Bilbao), visual artists who have created devoted software to project alongside his performances.

Both artists (Entter and Goto80) have performed in the last edition of the Mapping VJING Festival in Geneve, which is a world referent for Video Jockey culture, altogether with over 30 artists from all over the world.
